About Me
Hi, I’m Anna Chapman
I support late-diagnosed and self-identified neurodivergent adults to understand themselves more deeply, process their diagnosis, and create a life that actually works for them.
Before this, I spent years in science and education - completing a PhD, working as a biomedical researcher, and later becoming an International Baccalaureate biology teacher. I cared deeply about making a difference, but behind the scenes, I was constantly pushing through overwhelm, exhaustion, and a sense that something wasn’t quite right.
At 50, I was diagnosed with autism.
That moment changed everything.
It brought relief, clarity, and also grief for the years spent trying to function in a world that didn’t fit. Like many late-diagnosed adults, I had a lot to process - but very little support available.
After experiencing burnout and taking time to recover, I discovered coaching. I immersed myself in learning, alongside a deep dive into neurodivergent research - exploring autism, ADHD, and AuDHD as both lived experience and specialised knowledge.
What I found was this: neurodivergent people don’t need fixing - they need understanding, support, and space to reconnect with who they really are.
That’s why I created the Real Me coaching program.
Since then, I’ve supported clients through 100+ coaching sessions, helping them move from confusion and self-doubt… to clarity, self-trust, and a more balanced way of living.
My work is about helping you make sense of your experience, release the pressure to be someone you’re not, and build a life that feels sustainable, aligned, and genuinely yours.
Want to understand yourself better after your diagnosis/identification?
